47- Back to Basics

Seven strokes better than the previous outing, and seven fewer putts. Not a single triple bogey on the round, and indeed, two pars (albeit, on the easiest holes for me to par). My “vision” of how to get to 39 involves splitting the holes into triplets. My goal for the first three holes is 13, for the next three it’s 14, and for the final three it’s 12. This round, I went 16, 16, 15, so a net of +3, +2, +3. We aren’t within striking distance, but we’re within striking distance of striking distance. I owe Ramona $30, but at least I can walk away from this round feeling fairly good.
